Create a rest area in your workplace
Fatigue, stress, and lack of focus are part of your team’s daily reality.
What if the solution lay in a space as simple as it is effective: the break room?
When thoughtfully designed, it becomes a powerful driver of well-being, performance, and employee loyalty.
Why create a break room in your workplace?
Today, 80% of French employees report feeling tired during the workday especially after lunch. This lack of energy directly affects concentration, productivity, and overall workplace well-being. And yet, a simple 10 minute nap would be enough to recharge their batteries!
Creating a break room means :
Offering a restorative space for real downtime
Boosting employee engagement
Improving focus and productivity after lunch
Supporting both mental and physical well-being
Reducing burnout and absenteeism

FAQ – Setting Up a Break Room in the Workplace
Where should you install a break room?
In an unused office, a quiet space with little foot traffic, an underused meeting room, or an existing relaxation area.
Do I need construction work to set up a break room with Nap&Up?
No, our solutions are designed for easy installation with no construction required. Our nap pods and rest areas fit right into your existing spaces (unused offices, meeting rooms, relaxation zones, etc.).
How much space is needed to create a break room?
It all depends on your project: a 6 m² corner is enough to install one pod. We adapt to your space constraints with compact and modular solutions. Our pod measures 90 cm x 170 cm (including the tablet). You don’t need a large area.
Can the space be customized?
Yes! We offer custom decor packs to match your company’s identity: shelves, lighting, stickers, rugs, poufs, and more.
Who handles the design and installation?
Our team supports you from A to Z: space audit, 3D plans, recommendations, delivery and turnkey installation. You don’t have to lift a finger!
What’s the difference between a traditional relaxation area and a Nap&Up break room?
Our setups are designed to support real recovery (micro-naps, calm, sensory isolation), unlike traditional relaxation corners (sofa, foosball table, etc.) which may not provide true rest.
Can I create different types of spaces (nap, nursing, relaxation)?
Absolutely. We design spaces based on your needs: micro-nap zone, nursing corner, resource area, reading or breathing space.
Do you help promote the break room to employees?
Yes. We provide an internal communication kit and HR support to encourage use and remove potential barriers.
