What is the Zero Gravity Position?
Being in a zero-gravity position means being arranged in a way that reduces pressure and the effects of gravity on the body.
This posture is also known as the 127-degree position because it involves forming an angle of 127 degrees between the torso and the legs. To achieve this, simply lie down in a chair and slightly elevate the legs and elbows.
The term “zero gravity” was coined by NASA scientists in the 1970s to describe this position.
