Nap Spaces

Rest areas within companies

Startups, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and associations… Nap spaces are now becoming commonplace! And our clients have recognized this fact, whether in France, Europe, or Canada. Our cocoons have adapted to the expectations of executives, the needs of employees, and the available spaces within their premises.

Recovery Spaces in Healthcare Facilities

The occupational health of healthcare professionals has been the subject of extensive research for the past two decades, particularly since the realization that caregivers in poor health cannot deliver quality care.
The organization of work in healthcare settings, including the issue of working hours involving shift work and 12-hour shifts, generates risks that we cannot ignore today.
With Nap&Up, nearly 350 cocoons have been installed in France and Belgium across 180 establishments (teaching hospitals, nursing homes, residences, clinics, etc.).

Nap Corners in Universities

Currently, nearly 50 cocoons are installed in 20 universities in both France and Canada, ( with one even in a college ! )  These universities are absolutely right; the sleep of students is crucial.

According to a 2022 Heyme/Opinion Way study, 55% of surveyed students report having sleep problems, and 27% say they sleep less than 6 hours per night.

Our cocoons are often found in university libraries, a quiet place conducive to concentration and offering a chance to disconnect between study sessions and exam preparations.
